"Wasted Money on next day delivery as I needed…"
Paid for next day delivery as I needed an urgent gift but it was dispatched late. Mark Hill accepted the delivery was late but would only give a partial refund of delivery. I had to pay to post it onward as it arrived too late for delivery in person. Complete indifference from Mark Hill customer services. The least I would have expected was a full refund of postage as an apology for not providing the service I paid for.

Purchased the hydrating shampoo & conditioner. Really pleased with the products by far the best natural ones I have tried. Great quality at a very reasonable price. Lather really well & smell great.
